Executive chef Sean Walsh is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has been delighting guests at Red Fish since 2003. Sean became a chef for the freedom of artistic expression and has followed his passion in kitchens from New York to the Midwest, the Caribbean, and now to the Lowcountry.
Through his diverse experiences, Sean has built a unique and intriguing style with combinations of many culinary techniques. At Red Fish, you can expect delectable dishes that express a fusion of the Caribbean and pan-Asian flair brought to traditional Lowcountry cuisine.
