Individuals can now to purchase playing spots in the 2010 Verizon Heritage Pro-Am Golf Tournaments. The tournaments are held on Monday and Wednesday of tournament week April 12-18 at the Harbour Town Golf Links on Hilton Head Island.
Verizon Heritage Pro-Ams are one of the most unique opportunities in all of sports. A Pro-Am is a chance to enjoy the beauty of the Harbour Town Golf Links and the competition of the Verizon Heritage along side a PGA Tour Professional. For many golfers, it is the experience of a lifetime.
The Harbour Town Cup Pro-Am takes place Monday, April 12th. Each package includes a playing spot with a PGA Tour Professional for 18 holes of golf, an additional round of golf on the Ocean Course inside The Sea Pines Resort, multiple Clubhouse Badges and a gift package.
The Verizon Heritage Pro-Am takes place Wednesday, April 14th. Each package includes a playing spot with a PGA Tour Professional for 18 holes of golf, additional rounds of golf on the Ocean and Heron Point Courses inside The Sea Pines Resort, a one of a kind shopping spree filled with specialty items, food and beverage throughout tournament week and multiple Clubhouse Badges.
Participation in the Pro-Ams enable the Heritage Classic Foundation, general tournament sponsor, to continue its annual contributions to numerous charitable organizations locally and throughout the state. In 2009, the Foundation will distribute $1.3 million bringing the total to almost $20 million donated since 1987.
